Machine Guns Vegas

Awesome atmosphere! Trendy music in waiting area, really good vibe. I wish it was a bar haha. We had a really nice instructor. However, all guns jammed sooooo many times. It was really terrible. Glock jammed after almost each shot. Machines guns where you are supposed to do one long shooting until all bullets are out would jam constantly so you really could not enjoy it. So, I give rating of 2 for their guns. I give an awesome rating for the place, atmosphere, and our instructor. Another thing is they stopped providing transportation to and from after COVID. The Battetfield Vegas places provides awesome transportation. I would say come here if you never shot machine guns before or want something fancy for girls trip. Again, I love the place, just don’t love my guns jamming after each bullet. Go to other place if you want real hardcore shooting experience. All my girls really enjoyed this place (other than guns jamming). Customer service ladies were superb as well and very accommodating.

I had an excellent experience at MGV. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and at ease. I can't say enough about the customer service; the ladies manning the front desk were courteous and explained our packages and any add-ons we wished to get. Once our paperwork was completed, Kasey took us back and completed a safety briefing. He described each weapon and instructed us in its use, providing assistance and guidance on the range. MGV is a great place for both the experienced and those just learning. Their approach was relaxed but fully professional. It was refreshing not to be confronted with gun snobs but knowledgeable people who want the best for their customers. I saw the actual depth of their commitment to service when while driving back to our motel, we realized we had not retrieved our driver's licenses. I called and spoke with ladies at the front desk (I am sorry, I don't recall the names), and they apologized and then offered to bring the IDs to our motel. You simply don't find service like that anywhere these days. I am a very satisfied customer and would not hesitate to return again.
